Call for Applications: Siriraj International Fellowship Training in Clinical Pain Management 2026
(1 IASP Scholarship + 1 Self-Funded Position)
Siriraj Pain Management Clinical Training Center, Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, is pleased to announce the “Siriraj International Fellowship Training in Clinical Pain Management (Academic Year 2026)”.
This one-year multidisciplinary, hands-on clinical fellowship provides intensive training in pain assessment, diagnosis, interventional procedures, and comprehensive management strategies, with emphasis on practical application in low-resource settings. The program will run from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027 at Siriraj Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand.
For 2026, two training pathways are now available:

1) IASP-Sponsored Scholarship (1 Position)
Supported by the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), the scholarship recipient will receive:
* Tuition waiver
* Shared dormitory accommodation
* Round-trip airfare
* Health insurance
* Monthly stipend
* Educational allowance

2) Self-Funded Position (1 Position)
This track follows the same curriculum and clinical training as the scholarship recipient.
Program Fee: US$ 12,500.00
(All training costs and personal expenses must be covered by the applicant.)

Eligibility Requirements (for both tracks)
Applicants must:
* Be a physician (e.g., anesthesiology, rehabilitation medicine, neurology, psychiatry, or related field)
* Have at least 1 years of clinical experience
* Demonstrate English proficiency at a clinical level
* Be currently practicing in Southeast Asia or other developing countries
* For scholarship applicants: be an IASP member, or agree to apply if selected
