Siriraj Faculty Abroad at ISPOR Europe 2025 in UK
Ms. Pattara Leelahavarong, PharmD, MSc, PhD, a researcher from the Siriraj Health Policy Unit, recently represented Siriraj Hospital at the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) Europe 2025 conference in Glasgow, Scotland, UK.
During the conference, Dr. Leelahavarong presented her research findings through a poster titled “Cost-Utility Analysis of Adding Sodium-Glucose Cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) Inhibitors or Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 (GLP-1) Receptor Agonists to Standard Therapy in Thai Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease.”
The research addresses critical healthcare policy questions regarding the economic evaluation of advanced diabetes treatments in the Thai healthcare context. Following her participation in this prestigious international forum, the findings are expected to contribute to manuscript development for peer-reviewed publication.
