The event was held in Barcelona, Spain, from March 18^th – 20^th, 2026. ✈️

During the Good Practice Initiatives (GPI) – Oral Communications session 🏆, Pharmacist Amnuayphonwiwat delivered a poster presentation titled, “Four-Year Impact of Including a Pharmacist in a Multidisciplinary Team on Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy for Heart Failure with Reduced Ejection Fraction: Experience at a Tertiary-Care Hospital in Thailand”. ❤️🏥

Under the theme “Diverse tasks – One team ensuring excellence for all patients”, the 30^th anniversary edition of the EAHP Congress served as a platform for pharmacists to examine a spectrum of topics, including advancements in pharmaceutical science, new technologies, and the evolving role of pharmacists in the management of complex diseases through interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient care standards. 🤝
