Siriraj Faculty Abroad at the 8th Asia-Pacific Glaucoma Congress in Singapore
From July 24-26, 2026, Lecturer Anuwat Jiravarnsirikul, MD, from the Division of Glaucoma, Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, represented Siriraj at the “8th Asia-Pacific Glaucoma Congress (APGC)” held in conjunction with Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) 35th Anniversary International Meeting.
During this prestigious regional congress, Dr. Jiravarnsirikul delivered a clinical presentation on “26 year old male high myope of -14DS to BE with CCT of 499/500 and IOPs of 23/22, tilted myopic discs, VF showed bilateral enlarged blind spots”, showcasing Siriraj’s expertise in managing complex glaucoma cases in high myopic patients. 👁️⚕️
His participation will benefit Siriraj Hospital by enhancing clinical care with updated international practices and advanced glaucoma imaging techniques for complex cases, while elevating the hospital’s global academic reputation and strengthening regional collaborative networks with leading institutions like SNEC.
