From September 3rd – 5th, 2025, Associate Professor Kornchanok Vareesangthip, MD, Consultant and Attending Physician of the Renal Division, Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, was invited as a guest speaker at the “11th ISPD Asia Pacific Chapter Meeting (APCM-ISPD 2025)” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to present on two topics:

“PROS Position: Is PD a Greener Alternative Than HD for Environmental Impact“

Upon her return, Siriraj Hospital will benefit from her international collaboration with leading experts in the field. The knowledge gained from the conference will be applied to patient care at Siriraj Hospital.

Under the theme “Transforming and Empowering Success in PD“, the 11th APCM-ISPD 2025 congress aligns with ISPD’s mission to advance peritoneal dialysis globally. It offered delegates valuable insights into the latest developments and best practices in peritoneal dialysis.
