Published On December 7th, 2023, Prof. Apichat Asavamongkolkul, M.D., Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, along with the Siriraj administrative members, welcomed the distinguished guests from The Europe Society of Regional Anaesthesia & Pain Therapy (ESRA), and the B. Braun (Thailand) Limited and Aesculap Academy, to preside over the signing ceremony of the “Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the International EDRA Approved Cadaver Workshop for Ultrasound-Guided Regional Anesthesia and EDRA Board Practical Examination.” The objective of this collaborative workshop is to foster knowledge exchange and skill development among professionals in the field, pushing the boundaries of medical education and promoting the highest standards of practice.
This MOU between the Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, The Europe Society of Regional Anaesthesia & Pain Therapy, and B. Braun (Thailand) Limited and Aesculap Academy, will facilitate the EDRA (European Diploma of Regional Anaesthesia) board practical examination in cooperation with Aesculap Academy Thailand, to ensuring excellence in regional anesthesia practice. This joint effort will contribute to the professional growth of anesthesiologists and enhance the quality of patient care globally.
