Our Siriraj Center of Research Excellence for Diabetes and Obesity (SiCORE-DO) team is interested in molecular pathogeneses of diabetes with emphasis on molecular genetics and immunogenetics to identify new diabetic genes and their molecular and cellular biology function.

- Immunogenetics: to explores the relationship between the immune system and genetics
- Molecular genetics and genomics: to identify diabetic genes
- Molecular and cellular biology: to explore the impacts on glucose homeostasis
- Translational research: translate knowledge achieve to improve disease prediction, diagnosis, prevention and treatment
- Create knowledge’s and skills personnel to do research related to diabetes
