Our clinic provides diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of patients with autoimmune diseases such as connective tissue diseases, autoimmune vesiculobullous diseases, and vasculitis. Autoimmune clinic is available on Thursdays during 13.00 – 14.30 pm. at room 400 on the 4th floor of Out-Patient department, Siriraj Hospital.

  • Diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of patients with autoimmune diseases
  • Immunofluorescence assay for antibody detection in serum or tissue biopsy
  • Immunology laboratory(ISO 15189) including pemphigus antibodies, bullous pemphigoid antibodies, IgA anti-basement membrane zone antibodies, Paraneoplastic pemphigus antibodies and Herpes gestationis antibodies

We offer a complete diagnosis, treatment and follow up of patients who were diagnosed with fungal skin and nail infection. Working with experience laboratory staffs, we utilize the equipment to aid in diagnosis and deliver the advanced and effective treatments. Appointments are required. Nail procedure and cutaneous mycology clinic is available on Tuesdays during 9.00 – 12.00 on the 4th floor of Out-Patient Department building, Siriraj Hospital.

Siriraj STD and HIV clinic

Siriraj STD and HIV clinic

Our clinic is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during 9.00 – 12.00. We offer counselling, treatment and patient education along with research in the field.

Services

  • Treatment of male patients with STD such as Syphilis, anogenital warts, genital herpes, gonorrhea, fungal infection at genital area and molluscum contagiosum
  • Diagnosis and treatment of skin disease in HIV patients including infectious and non-infectious skin disease, drug allergy and cancer that is associated with HIV infection for example Kaposi sarcoma
  • Counselling for safe sex and offer STD blood tests(HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C)
  • Counselling patients with sexual assault
  • Other investigations including Gram’s stain, Wright’s stain, AFB, Modified AFB and Dark field microscopy
  • Bacterial culture and drug sensitivity

Siriraj Occupational and Contact Dermatitis clinic

Occupational and contact dermatitis is the skin’s reactions to particular substances that contact the skin in your daily life/job. It can cause your skin to flare, burning, itch or even have blisters. Our clinic offers a full spectrum of patch testing in order to determine the exact causative agents. Thus, we hope to help patients discover and avoid those items that may be causing their rash. For performing test, the patients must be able to visit the clinic at 9.00-12.00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the same week.

Siriraj Psoriasis clinic

Siriraj Psoriasis Clinic is now open on Wednesday (on official days) from 9.00 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) at Pracha Mokkhaves Meeting Room on the 4th floor of Out-patient Department Building, Siriraj Hospital. We provide holistic approach for moderate to severe psoriasis patients who receives systemic psoriasis therapy. Rheumatologists and psychiatrists are part of our team and will be in clinic once a month for patient evaluation. Psoriasis educational session for public is available every first Wednesday of each month from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Siriraj Phototherapy clinic

Phototherapy Clinic is now open from Monday to Friday (on official days) from 9.00 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) and after-hour clinic on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at room number 42 on the 4th floor of Out-patient Department Building, Siriraj Hospital. We provide care for patients with diseases that response to phototherapy such as psoriasis, vitiligo, atopic dermatitis, morphea, and early stages of mycosis fungoides. Treatments available are as followed.

  • NB-UVB (narrowed band UVB) phototherapy
  • UVA1 (ultraviolet A1) phototherapy
  • PUVA (psoralen plus UVA) photochemotherapy
  • Targeted phototherapy
  • Excimer laser
  • Phototesting, photopatch testing, and photoprovocation testing for suspected patients of photodermatosis
